Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup time:

• A cancellation fee may apply
• Up to 100% of the total amount may be charged

A booking is considered a no-show if:

• The passenger does not appear at the pickup location
• The passenger cannot be reached using the provided contact details
• The passenger refuses the service without valid reason

• We monitor flight arrivals based on the details provided by the customer
• A free waiting time of up to 60 minutes is included after landing

If the passenger does not appear within this time:

• The booking may be considered a no-show
• Additional waiting charges may apply

Customers must:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Inform us immediately in case of delay

If the delay is significant and not communicated:

Changes (date, time, pickup location) are:

• Free if requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Subject to availability

Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable):

• Are processed using the original payment method
• May take several business days depending on the payment provider

No refunds are issued in case of:

• No-show
• Late cancellation
• Incorrect booking information provided by the customer

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Strikes
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, alternative solutions may be offered where possible.
